    A compelling story, let down by terrible writing, erratic structure and irrational characters. I was torn between wanting to know what happened and avoiding the pain of reading this. Any editor would have sent this back for many revisions.

    Unusual, one could say. I think the main character CassiA suffered from Stockholm Syndrome, and the story was OK if you like that sort of thing.
